Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating marketing project requests for community and corporate teams utilizing Workfront. This position is responsible for processing new requests into the project management platform, setting up project timelines for the account team, copywriters, designers and legal review, communication with the marketing teams, maintain current timelines and sending reports weekly and monthly.

  1. Initiates new project requests. Creates timelines and tasks for the work to be completed.

  2.  Assigns job requests to specific creative associates and monitors the statuses of outstanding jobs.

  3. Conducts regular meetings to review jobs assigned.

  4. Ensures all jobs are on schedule and are in budget.

  5. Communicates any issues with creative leadership and the respective account manager.

  6. Reviews timelines with the account manager and requesting party.

  7. Exhibits an expert command of Brookdale’s digital trafficking software.

  8. Process Reports weekly and monthly.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field required. Workfront experience preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years in administration; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements
None

 

Management/Decision Making
Uses strong analytic skills and an in-depth understanding of the organization and the business in order to handle arising problems and issues. Solves diverse problems using solid analytical skills where limited precedents or guidelines exist.

 

Knowledge and Skills
Has an advanced knowledge of the organization, industry, and a functional discipline. Extensive understanding of technical areas gained through experience and used to complete and/or oversee assignments. Ability to work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. Ability to forecast problems and maintain strong conflict resolution skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Microsoft Project experience is helpful. Strong relationship skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
