Tuition Reimbursement for Health and Wellness Directors
As a registered nurse, we know the time and money you’ve put into your degree and certification. That’s why we offer our HWDs a sign-on and retention bonus that can be put toward paying off your student loans.
How It Works
First, you must apply for a position at Brookdale. If you receive an offer of employment and complete one full year of employment at Brookdale, you’ll receive a $3,500 sign-on bonus at year’s end.
This bonus may be used in any way you prefer, but we find that many of our health and wellness directors put this money toward paying off student loan debt accrued during nursing school.
After completing your second year of consecutive employment, you’ll receive another $3,500 as a retention bonus.
What You Need
To receive the full both bonuses, you must complete two full years of employment at Brookdale. After you complete the application process and are hired at Brookdale, there’s no need to supply transcripts or other additional paperwork in order to receive your sign-on and retention bonuses.
