Hiring Process
Step 1: Submit your application via our Career site. Once it’s been submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Step 2: A member of our team will reach out to you to schedule a call if you meet the qualifications and are selected to move forward. Interviews for community positions may be done in person, virtually or over the phone.
Step 3: If you’re selected to move to the next step, you’ll meet with the hiring manager. You’ll learn more about the role, talk about your experience and skills and ask any questions you have. Depending on the role, you may also meet a few team members or visit the community in person.
Step 4: The hiring team will assess each candidate and arrive at a decision.
Step 5: If you are offered the position, congratulations! We can’t wait for you to join us. A verbal offer will be made, followed by a written offer. The offer is contingent on the favorable outcome of final reference checks, a background investigation, a pre-employment drug screen, and possible education or licensure verification.

Our care associates directly serve our residents by assisting with individual needs and care, encouraging independence and treating each of our seniors with respect and dignity. You will nurture a home-like setting and assist seniors with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal needs. Some care associates may also help residents with light housekeeping.
